Drug activity. A 31-year-old Halethorpe, Md., man was arrested for possession marijuana and fleeing a police officer on the 13000 block of Aldrich Avenue S.

AUG. 17

Assault. A 25-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for assaulting a police officer on the 12700 block of Greenwood Drive.

AUG. 18

DWI. A 27-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of McAndrews Road E. and Portland Avenue S.

DWI. A 21-year-old Eagan man was arrested for DWI and Burnsville Parkway W. and Irving Avenue S.

Traffic violations. A 35-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for driving with a suspended license, no proof of insurance and illegal transportation of a firearm in a motor vehicle near the intersection of E. Hwy. 13 and Nicollet Avenue S.

AUG. 19

Theft. A 31-year-old Farmington man was arrested for simple robbery, receiving stolen property, assault, DWI, refusing to submit to a chemical test and driving with a canceled license on the 2500 block of Horizon Drive.

DWI. A 46-year-old Apple Valley woman was arrested for DWI near the intersection of Horizon Drive and Hwy. 13.

EAGAN

AUG. 14

Theft. A wedding band, $200 in cash and $200 in Target gift cards were reported stolen on the 1200 block of Tamarac Point.

AUG. 15

Fraud. An adult man was arrested for check forgery on the 1900 block of Cliff Lake Road.

AUG. 16

Theft. Tools were reported stolen from a construction trailer on the 1700 block of Skater Circle.

Drug activity. An adult female was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, providing false information to police and on two warrants on the 1900 block of Silver Bell Road.

DWI. A man was arrested for DWI following a traffic stop near the intersection of Duckwood Drive and Lexington Avenue.
