DWI. A 23-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI and possession of an open bottle in a car.

Assault. A 23-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon, domestic assault, disorderly conduct, obstructing the legal process and interfering with a 911 call on the 1300 block of W. 158th Street.

AUG. 10

DWI. A 21-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI and driving without a valid driver’s license near the intersection of County Road 11 and McAndrews Road E.

AUG. 11

DWI. A 38-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test after a traffic stop for failing to obey a traffic control device.

Theft. A 23-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm by a convicted or adjudicated delinquent on the 2500 block of Horizon Drive.

Assault. A 23-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon near the intersection of 117th Street and Millpond Avenue.

AUG. 12

Theft. A 29-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for shoplifting at Cub Foods, 1750 County Road 42 W.

AUG. 13

Theft. A 21-year-old Eagan woman was arrested for shoplifting at Cub Foods, 300 Travelers Trail E.

AUG. 14

Theft. A 32-year-old Farmington man was arrested for theft and possession of a controlled substance, and a 27-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for receiving stolen property, possession of counterfeit checks and theft at Menards, 2700 W. Hwy. 13.

AUG. 15

Theft. A 32-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for shoplifting at Target, 810 County Road 42 W.

Order for protection violation. A 24-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 900 block of Evergreen Drive.

AUG. 16

DWI. A 56-year-old Lakeville man was arrested for DWI on the 900 block of County Road 42 W.
