DWI. A 36-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for DWI, having an open bottle in a motor vehicle and driving without a valid license on the 12000 County Road 11.

Assault. A 36-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon, domestic assault, violating an order for protection, terroristic threats, kidnapping and interfering with a 911 call on the 14400 block of Buck Hill Road.

JUNE 7

Order for protection violation. A 24-year-old Mounds View man was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 14200 block of Irving Avenue S.

Theft. A 39-year-old Savage man was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 1900 County Road 42 W.

JUNE 8

Theft. A 49-year-old Elk River man was arrested for shoplifting at Target, 810 County Road 42 W.

Theft. A 23-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for shoplifting at Menards, 2700 W. Hwy. 13.

Theft. A 31-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for shoplifting on the 14300 block of Burnhaven Drive.

JUNE 11

Obstructing the legal process. A 40-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for giving false information to police and a driver’s license violation.

Order for protection violation. A 24-year-old Hopkins man was arrested for domestic assault, criminal property damage, fleeing a police officer, giving false information to police and driving with a revoked license.

Assault. A 45-year-old Eagan woman was arrested for assaulting a police officer, obstructing the legal process, disorderly conduct and possession of prescription drugs without permanent labels.

Theft. A number of items were reported stolen from Valley Blacktop, 4135 Robert Trail S. A video surveillance camera captured a U-Haul at the scene.
