Young kids and their parents can head to Caponi Art Park in Eagan on Tuesday mornings all summer for music, dance and stories from the United States, the Caribbean and Mexico.

The park's Family Fun Tuesdays series starts June 4 with "Jump, Sing and Explore: Discovering the Natural World" with the MacPhail Center for Music. Other programs planned for the series include "Wonders of Science" from the Science Museum of Minnesota, Mexican folk dancing, a "magic boot puppet show" and "a good-time, old-time hillbilly band."

The programs are geared toward children ages 3-12 with a parent or guardian. All events take place Tuesday mornings from 10-11 a.m. in the sculpture garden. A $4 per person donation is suggested.

The park is at 1220 Diffley Road. See www.caponiartpark.org/programs/familyfuntuesdays for the full lineup and dates.

Dakota City camps still have space
