Apple Valley

WEEK OF JUNE 9

Property damage. Over the weekend, someone broke into the warming house at Apple Valley East Park. Holes were poked in the ceiling and a fire extinguisher was sprayed inside the building.

Burglary. On the night of June 12, someone broke a window on Diamond Path Elementary School in an apparent effort to gain entry into the school. Nothing was missing. On the night of June 15, entry was made into the school by smashing through a sidelight next to a door. Thirty laptops were taken from the media center. The case is under investigation.

Domestic dispute. Officer Shane Klokonos received a radio call at 1 a.m. that said "Domestic dispute ... Grandma is drunk and ready to fight ... pushing people ... no weapons."

Burnsville

JUNE 8

Burglary. A garage in the 13600 block of Heather Hills Drive was burglarized. Forced entry was made through a door and a mountain bike, golf club and saw were stolen.

Prior Lake

JUNE 6

Auto accident. Police were called to Mystic Lake Casino on a report that a vehicle was partially parked on another vehicle; there was no damage to either vehicle.

JUNE 7

Theft. A woman in the 16000 block of St. Paul Avenue SE. reported a flower pot, valued at $25, was stolen from a gravesite.

Mischief. Kids were throwing tomatoes and water balloons at cars on NE. Carriage Hills Parkway.

JUNE 11

Property damage. Vehicles parked in a driveway in the 3300 block of SW. Balsam Street were spray-painted.

Property damage. A motor home in the 3400 block of SW. Balsam Street was spray-painted.

Property damage. A vehicle and a garage door in the 3400 block of SW. Balsam Street was spray-painted.

Savage

JUNE 7

Theft. A man in the 5600 block of W. 137th Street reported the theft of his mail. He later learned it was a neighbor playing a prank on him.

JUNE 8

Property damage. A man in the 14900 block of River Crossing reported his house was egged and pizza was thrown on a vehicle.
