Fraud. An 18-year-old Savage woman was arrested for state lottery fraud.

APRIL 13

DWI. A 36-year-old Plymouth woman was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test near the intersection of Cedar Avenue and Cliff Road.

APRIL 14

Drug activity. A 19-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle after a traffic stop for a cracked windshield.

Fraud. A 27-year-old Farmington woman, 28-year-old Minneapolis woman and 18-year-old Minneapolis man were arrested for financial transaction card fraud at Wal-Mart, 12200 River Ridge Blvd.

APRIL 15

Fraud. A 63-year-old Inver Grove Heights woman was arrested for forgery and a 23-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for receiving stolen property on the 500 block of Burnsville Parkway W.

APRIL 16

DWI. A 33-year-old Richfield man was arrested for DWI on the 1000 block of Burnsville Parkway W.

Domestic assault. A 30-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for domestic assault, terroristic threats and indecent exposure in the presence of a minor.

Drug activity. A 37-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

APRIL 11

Burglary. A television and .40-caliber handgun were reported stolen during a burglary on the 1000 block of McKee Street.

APRIL 12

Drug activity. A man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and careless driving after being seen driving the wrong way on a divided road and running red lights on the 900 block of Waterford Drive W.

Theft from motor vehicle. A vehicle was broken into and a laptop computer was reported stolen at the Eagan Community Center, 1501 Central Parkway.
