Apple Valley

APRIL 29

Theft. A resident in the 5600 block of 144th Street reported that someone has been stealing the retaining-wall stones from her back yard.

MAY 3

Auto theft. A Chevrolet pickup was stolen from the 15800 block of Frisian Lane.

WEEK OF MAY 5

Property damage. The police department responded to six calls during the week regarding property vandalized by spray paint. Two residents reported a smiley face spray-painted on garage doors. Four residents reported that "JWO" was spray-painted on personal property.

Burnsville

APRIL 19

Auto theft. A Honda Accord was stolen from the 12900 block of County Road 5.

APRIL 21

Auto theft. A Chevrolet Tahoe was stolen from the 100 block of E. Hwy. 13. A gun, workout clothes, a knife, a TV, a wallet, CDs, and six rounds of ammunition were also stolen.

Eagan

MAY 2

Auto theft. A 1995 GMC Jimmy was stolen from a driveway in the 3600 block of Blue Jay Way.

Lakeville

APRIL 27

Theft. Mail theft was reported in the 9500 block of W. 208th Street.

Theft. A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 8500 block of W. 207th Street.

Burglary. A house in the 8300 block of W. Lower 208th Street was burglarized.

Northfield

MAY 5

Soliciting. Police were alerted to two people who were going door-to-door selling shampoo in the 700 block of Meadow View Drive. An officer told them they needed to obtain the proper permits to solicit.

Prior Lake

APRIL 26

Suspicious activity. Police received a report of suspicious people trying to enter a foreclosed house in the 5300 block of Carriage Hill.

APRIL 28

Property damage. Mailboxes were vandalized in the 16100 block of SE. Lakeside Avenue.

Property damage. Graffiti was reported on the outside wall of Twin Oaks Middle School, 15860 SE. Fish Point Road.

APRIL 29

Disturbance. Deputies received a report of teenagers urinating on trees in the 17000 block of Mushtown Road.

Mischief. Deputies received a report of kids using chalk to write on the basketball court at Bluff Heights Apartments, 16638 SE. Franklin Trail.

Savage

APRIL 27

Theft. A woman reported the theft of a punching bag from her back yard in the 13500 block of S. Inglewood Avenue.

APRIL 28

Theft. A man reported that someone broke the window out on his vehicle and stole a GPS unit valued at $1,400. The incident occurred in the 14300 block of Featherstone Trail.

Scott County

APRIL 30

Theft. Police received a report of theft of fuel from work trucks in the 12000 block of Old Brick Yard Road.

MAY 1

Litter. Someone complained about litter all over a property in the 20800 block of Addison Drive.
