Apple Valley
APRIL 18
Theft. An elderly woman shopping at Rainbow Foods had her wallet was stolen from her purse. She didn't realize the wallet was missing until she went to pay for her groceries. The victim recalls two women shopping in the same area as her and making conversation with her. The victim cancelled her credit cards and learned they had already been used at several Apple Valley businesses.
APRIL 20
Property damage. Paint was thrown on vehicles in the area of Fostoria Drive, Galveston Avenue and Folkstone Road.
Underage drinking. Officers responded to the area of 140th Street and Diamond Path on a report of a man laying in the road with a flashlight. The man was located and found to be intoxicated. He told officers he was laying next to the road because he was tired. His blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent. The 18-year-old was cited for underage drinking and transported home, where he was released to his adult brother.

Graffiti. The words "pay up" were written on the doors at Production Parts Inc., 3240 Terminal Dr.

Theft. A bicycle was stolen from the 19400 block of Evening Star Way.

Theft. A boat motor was stolen from the 17400 block of Vergus Avenue.

Road hazard. A woman was reportedly pushing a stroller on the highway near Interstate 35W and E. 260th Street.

Theft. A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 16900 block of W. Garcia Way.

Burglary. A burglary was reported in the 16900 block of Glenwood Avenue.
Northfield
APRIL 25
Burglary. A house in the 500 block of W. Woodley Street was burglarized. Cash, jewelry and a digital camera were stolen.
Prior Lake
APRIL 20
Property damage. A fence and mailbox were vandalized in the 16300 block of SE. Park Avenue.
Property damage. Mailboxes were vandalized in the 4000 block of SE. Pleasant Street.
Theft. Someone in the 15200 block of Bluedorn Circle reported they purchased a puppy online, paid for the puppy, but didn't receive it.
APRIL 21
Utilities complaint. Deputies received reports that the sewer was backing up in the 154000 block of SE. Breezy Point Road.
Utilities complaint. Deputies received a report that the sewer substation was making noise in the 3600 block of SW. Willow Beach Street.
Theft. Mail theft was reported in the 16200 block of NW. Northwood Road.
APRIL 22
Theft. Two vehicles parked at St. Paul's Lutheran School, 5634 SE. Luther Rd., were broken into and items were taken from them.
APRIL 23
Burglary. A person in the 16200 block of SE. Franklin Circle interrupted a burglary in progress. The value of stolen property was $65. The case is under investigation.
Burglary. An attempted burglary was reported in the 16600 block of SE. Franklin Trail.
Savage
APRIL 18
Assault. A pizza delivery person was pushed by a customer who became upset when the delivery person couldn't make change for $100. The assault occurred in the 12200 block of Zinran Avenue.
Property damage. A rock was thrown through a resident's house window in the 4200 block of W. 141st Street. About $250 in damages were caused.
APRIL 19
Theft. A 27-year-old man was arrested for misdemeanor theft after officers received a call of someone taking speakers out of a vehicle in the 13700 block of S. Glenhurst Avenue.
APRIL 20
Theft. A resident reported her vehicle window was broken out and her purse was stolen while parked at Lifetime Fitness. Her credit card was used once and later, the purse and credit cards were found along the road. A checkbook, driver license and cell phone are still missing.
Theft. A man from Shakopee reported a window was smashed on his vehicle in the 3900 block of Egan Drive. A tool box and tools were stolen, valued at $400.
