Burglary. An adult was arrested for a forced-entry burglary on the 7700 block of Whitney Drive.
Criminal vehicular operation. An adult was arrested for criminal vehicular operation near the intersection of W. 140th Street and Cedar Avenue.
Weapons violation. A 39-year-old San Antonio, Texas, man was arrested for reckless discharge of a firearm in a municipality and a 41-year-old Faribault, Minn., woman was arrested for aiding an offender.
Theft. An 18-year-old Brooklyn Park man was arrested for receiving stolen property, criminal vehicular operation and fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, and an 18-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for receiving stolen property.
Assault. A 29-year-old Rochester, Minn. man was arrested for assault and disorderly conduct.
Property damage. A Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce bottle was thrown through the front door of a park shelter in Quarry Park, 3340 Coachman Road. The bottle was collected for evidence.
Theft. Logs were reported stolen from a construction site on the 3200 block of Northwood Circle. The reporting party requested extra patrols in the area.
Theft. Padlocks on power transformers were broken off and copper wire was stolen in the 3900 block of Cedarvale Drive.
Motor vehicle theft. A man was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and driving with a revoked license near Diffley Road and Interstate 35E.
Burglary. Copper lines were reported stolen from the Minnesota Credit Union, 3880 Hwy. 13. Two men were interrupted inside the building cutting copper lines after shutting off the water and electricity in the building and parking lots.
Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 7700 block of W. Upper 167th Street.
Drunken driving. A 41-year-old Rosemount resident was arrested for DWI near the intersection of W. 150th Street and Diamond Path.
