A grand jury met Tuesday to consider more serious charges in the death of Katherine Olson, 24, who was killed after she responded to an Internet ad for a nanny.

Michael J. Anderson, 19, was charged last month in Scott County District Court with second-degree intentional murder. The charges allege he used an online posting on Craigslist to lure Olson to his family's home in Savage, then shot her in the back and left her body in the trunk of her car.

The grand jury is expected to come back with a decision this week, according to the Scott County attorney's office.
