With three newly elected members at the table, the Farmington school board Monday indicated it may review last month's censure of Board Member Tim Burke.

Board Chairwoman Tera Lee raised the issue Monday, signaling what could be a dramatic shift in direction for the board that had disciplined Burke and sent information to prosecutors.

Burke may have illegally disclosed private personnel data and information from closed board meetings, a board attorney said.

Several current and former board members say Burke has harassed administrators and buried the district in data requests. Burke has countered that the school district lacks transparency. In a report compiled by an investigator for the board, he complained that district employees may have investigated him and monitored his district e-mail account.

Lee said Monday she wants to know more about those claims and may push for new board members to get unredacted copies of the report or call a special meeting for further review of its findings.
