Authorities have released surveillance images of armed men suspected of robbing a Super America gas station in Rogers twice in 17 days.

The images show multiple men, their faces partially covered and hooded, who burst into the store at 21550 S. Diamond Lake Road. Police said three men, including one with a handgun, entered the store about 11:45 p.m. July 6. On July 24, shortly after midnight, five men, two of them armed, robbed the same store. In both incidents, the suspects took money from the register, police said. Clerks were not hurt in either incident.

The men were described as 18 to 20 years old, said Rogers Police Chief Jeff Luther, whose agency is investigating the robberies with the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office.

Luther said all five suspects left the store on foot with cash and cigarettes. Police believe they had a car waiting nearby.

Anyone with information about the robberies is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 763-525-6216 or at 1-888-988-TIPS.
