ANDOVER

OCT. 10

Property damage. Someone spray-painted several homes, garages and sheds around the 2900 block of 141st Avenue NW.

OCT. 14

Theft. A woman called police to report that her wallet was stolen from her purse, which was in her shopping cart on the 13700 block of Round Lake Boulevard NW. She was putting her purchases into her vehicle when the theft occurred.

BLAINE

OCT. 6

Theft. A woman called police to report that her purse was stolen from her shopping cart, while it was unattended, at Kohl's, 600 Northtown Dr. NE.

OCT. 12

Burglary. Police were contacted about a burglary at Majors Sports Cafe, 109050 Club West Pkwy. NE. Someone broke into the outside bar and stole a 52-inch flat-screen television and an undisclosed amount of liquor.

Robbery. An employee of Cold Stone Creamery, 10400 Baltimore St. NE., said she was robbed by a man who jumped over the counter and demanded all the money from the cash register. The suspect fled with $400 in cash.

OCT. 14

Theft. Someone stole 165 pull tabs from a locked box at the Bebop Venue, 1009 109th Av. NE. The pull tabs belong to the Blaine Youth Hockey Association. Employees did not see anything.

CHAMPLIN

OCT. 3

Burglary. Someone stole cash, DVDs and miscellaneous items from a home on the 1300 block of Xylon Avenue.

CIRCLE PINES

OCT. 8

Theft. Someone stole a global positioning system and a power tool set from an unlocked vehicle on the 200 block of Little John Drive.

COON RAPIDS

OCT. 11

Underage drinking. Officers responded to a complaint of kids using explosive devices and fireworks at a home on the 10100 block of Palm Street NW. Police arrived and found one juvenile passed out in the garage. Three juveniles were arrested for underage consumption. Five others had not been drinking and were released. Police were unable to contact the parent at the home, who was not home at the time of the incident.

OCT. 16

Disturbing the peace. Someone called police to report that a girl, apparently drunk, was being disruptive inside the Mobil station at 11580 Hanson Blvd. NW. The caller said the girl was heading toward Cub Foods. An officer observed the girl inside Subway, and when she left Subway, the officer approached her. She admitted she had been drinking and registered a 0.183 blood alcohol reading on a portable breath test. Before police took her home to her mother, she wanted to know where her jacket was. Police told her she was wearing it. The girl, 17, was mailed a citation for minor consumption.

EAST BETHEL

OCT. 9

Theft. Gas was siphoned from a vehicle parked in the driveway of a home on the 400 block of 196th Lane NE.

ST. ANTHONY

OCT. 5

Assault. Police were called to Mini Mart, 3259 Stinson Blvd. NE., on a report of a fight in the parking lot. Two men assaulted an employee after they were asked to leave for harassing another customer, the report said. The suspects fled before police arrived, but were identified in a photo lineup. A 20-year-old man and a 21-year-old man were mailed citations for misdemeanor assault.

OCT. 6

Theft. An employee of St. Anthony Village Wine and Liquor store, 2602 39th Av. NE., called police to report a theft. Police were given a description of two suspects and the vehicle they fled in. The vehicle was located and stopped. Police arrested two 46-year-old women.

OCT. 7

Theft. A doctor from Now Urgent Care, 2600 39th Av. NE., reported that his medical bag had been stolen the night before. The doctor told police that his bag contained prescription pads. Another employee told police that someone stole two bags of candy from her desk.

OCT. 10

Burglary. Someone broke into a home on the 3200 block of Bell Lane and stole a coin collection, digital camera, credit card receipts and bottles of liquor.
