BLAINE

SEPT. 18

Theft. A concrete statue of a woman standing under an umbrella was stolen from the yard of a home on the 200 block of 96th Lane NE. The heavy statue is 3 feet tall. There were vehicle tire marks in the grass where the statue had been.

CHAMPLIN

SEPT. 23

Burglary. Prescription medication was stolen from a home on the 1300 block of Pleasant View Lane.

COON RAPIDS

SEPT. 23

Theft. While a woman was outside mowing the yard of her home on the 11900 block of Round Lake Boulevard NW., someone entered her house and stole her purse.

SEPT. 26

Theft. An 18-year-old woman called police to report a theft at her home on the 2200 block of 128th Lane NW. She said that she had 20 people at her house the night before. She and several other people are now missing items such as a laptop, camera, bank cards, cash and stereo speakers, the police report said.

SEPT. 29

Disorderly conduct. An officer observed a man urinate on a vehicle's tire in the parking lot of Willy's Bar, 2501 Coon Rapids Blvd. NW. The 33-year-old man was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.

EAST BETHEL

SEPT. 18

Theft. Gas was siphoned from a vehicle parked in the driveway of a home on the 23500 block of Baltimore Street NE.

FRIDLEY

SEPT. 24

Traffic violation. A mattress fell off a vehicle that was heading west on I-694 and East River Road. The mattress was not properly secured. Another vehicle heading west struck the mattress, drove up on it and became stuck. The driver of the first vehicle was issued a citation for an unsecured load.

SEPT. 25

Suspicious activity. A man called police to report that he found two bones near the river bank at Riverfront Park, 5220 E. River Road. The bones were placed into evidence.

SEPT. 27

Drunken driving. Police received a report of an intoxicated driver on the 5400 block of Central Avenue NE. When police arrived, the vehicle was blocked in by other motorists. Police arrested the driver for driving while intoxicated.

MOUNDS VIEW

SEPT. 26

Underage consumption. Police responded to a noise complaint on the 2600 block of County Road H2. An 18-year-old man and 19-year-old man were cited for underage consumption.

SEPT. 27

Drunken driving. Police responded to the 2700 block of County Road 10 on a report of an intoxicated man. A 39-year-old Maple Grove man was arrested for disorderly conduct and driving while impaired.

OAK GROVE

SEPT. 20

Theft. A vehicle was stolen from the 4400 block of 222nd Avenue NW. The keys were left in the ignition.

ST. anthony

SEPT. 22

Burglary. Police responded to a burglary call at the Kenzie Terrace apartment building on the 2500 block of Kenzie Terrace. Police were told the suspect was in the underground garage and matched the description of surveillance photos from previous burglaries. Police located the suspect, who fled on foot. A perimeter was set up and, with assistance from other agencies, police arrested a 47-year-old man.

SEPT. 23

Disorderly conduct. Police received a report of an intoxicated person on the 2600 block of 39th Avenue NE. Police found a 52-year-old man urinating on the side of a building. He was issued a citation for disorderly conduct and released because the detox facility was full.
