BLAINE

AUG. 7

Burglary. A heater was stolen from a house under construction on the 2400 block of 121st Circle NE.

CIRCLE PINES

AUG. 6

Underage consumption. Police responded to reports of people being loud and disturbing on the 100 block of Indian Hills Drive. A 17-year-old girl was arrested for underage consumption and curfew violation. An 18-year-old female and an 18-year old male were arrested for underage consumption. An 18-year-old female was arrested for underage consumption and fleeing police.

COON RAPIDS

AUG. 10

Disorderly conduct. Police went to Arby's, 2820 Coon Rapids Blvd. NW., on a report of two women yelling and swearing at employees and customers. An officer spoke with a woman who said she was upset because she saw an employee working with the cash register and then grabbed frozen chicken nuggets with his bare hands. She felt the staff was not handling the food correctly. She and her friend were advised to leave.

AUG. 11

Disturbing the peace. A woman on the 2000 block of 128th Avenue NW. called police to report that someone spread a white, powdery substance around her front yard and flower bed. She did not know what the substance was or if it was toxic.

FRIDLEY

AUG. 7

Disturbing the peace. Police responded to a call of a naked male in the lobby of LivINN Suites, 5201 Central Av. NE. Police located a 22-year-old man, wearing his underwear, who was intoxicated and was released to his parents. A 25-year-old intoxicated man was found walking around the hotel and was taken to detox.

Harassment. A boy from the 1200 block of Mississippi Street NE. called police to report that someone put a dead raccoon on the hood of his vehicle. The boy suspected a former friend. The boy and the suspect were advised to leave each other alone. No charges were filed.

AUG. 12

Theft. An 18-year-old woman reported five males were at her home the previous night and in the morning her vehicle and a laptop were missing. After an investigation, four of the five suspects were identified. One of the suspects had attempted to use the person's credit card at a local business.

HAM LAKE

AUG. 11

Theft. A man called police to report his trailer had been stolen from his business. He was able to locate the trailer at another location in Ham Lake because it had a global positioning system. Police went to a residence and spoke to the homeowners and said the man who dropped the trailer off was not there. Police located him in the basement and he was arrested.

ST. ANTHONY

AUG. 6

Illegal dumping. Someone called police to report they saw two people dump tires in a dumpster at St. Anthony High School, 3033 33rd Av. NE. A description of the suspects and vehicle was given. A construction company, CM Construction, was contacted and told the cost would be approximately $1,000 for the disposal of 56 tires located in the dumpster.

AUG. 7

Theft. A man reported a burglary at his home on the 2800 block of Pahl Avenue. Someone entered an unlocked garage and stole 10 racing pigeons along with a bucket of pigeon feed. The man said one of the pigeons had since returned home. The estimated loss was $1,305.
