BLAINE

JUNE 9

Theft. Someone entered an unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway of a home on the 8500 block of Van Buren Street NE. and stole two DVD players.

Theft. A woman reported that a young boy came to her door in the 12400 block of Radisson Road NE. and stated that he was taking donations for an organization to send magazines to the troops in Iraq. The woman gave the boy $5. She later found out the organization did not exist.

COON RAPIDS

JUNE 11

Fleeing police. Police attempted to stop a man driving a vehicle on Round Lake Boulevard NW. and Coon Rapids Boulevard NW. after he showed a revoked driver's license and fled in his vehicle. An officer found him in his garage and still in the vehicle. He was taken into custody and charged with fleeing police in a motor vehicle, second-degree DWI refusal and driving after revocation.

Property damage. Someone spray-painted the side of a home on the 1000 block of 95th Avenue NW. The homeowner's camper trailer was also spray-painted.

JUNE 12

Forgery. Employees from Petco, 3380 124th Av. NW., said a shopper was using a counterfeit $100 bill to pay for merchandise. Police checked the bill with a counterfeit pen and the bill was real. Employees were using an infrared device that did not work properly.

JUNE 13

Theft. A 2000 Daewoo Lanos was stolen from the 12800 block of Drake Circle NW. The keys were left in the vehicle.

FRIDLEY

JUNE 10

Curfew violation. Police were called to the 6800 block of 7th Street NE. about several juveniles on bikes out after curfew. The juveniles fled but all were caught, issued citations and released to adults.

JUNE 12

Theft. A global-positioning system was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in an unlocked garage of a home on the 5500 block of East Danube Road NE.

Attempted kidnapping. A man reported that a male in a van on the 6500 block of East River Road NE. exposed himself to the man's daughter and tried to get her inside his van.

JUNE 16

Indecent exposure. Officers responded to a report of a naked man masturbating in a vehicle on the 5200 block of East River Road NE. Officers located the suspect. He was arrested and booked on a fifth-degree controlled substance violation, indecent exposure and possession of drug paraphernalia.

MOUNDS VIEW

JUNE 11

Minor consumption. Police were called to a disturbance at a home on the 2100 block of Buckingham Lane. A boy and girl, age 14, and two 17-year-old boys were cited for minor consumption.

JUNE 13

Drugs. A vehicle was pulled over for failing to yield at a stop sign on County Road H2 W. and Quincy Street. The 19-year-old male driver was cited for the stop sign violation and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

RAMSEY

JUNE 10

Theft. Police were called to Coborn's Superstore, 7900 Sunwood Drive NW., in regards to a theft. A man had shoved steaks down his pants and left the store. He was last seen getting into a vehicle.

ST. ANTHONY

JUNE 8

Theft. Two 15-year-old girls stole merchandise valued at $17.92 at Cub Foods, 3930 Silver Lake Road. Both were issued a citation and released to a parent.

Robbery. Officers responded to a silent alarm at a business on the 2900 block of Pentagon Drive. An employee said three suspects entered the business and one pulled out a handgun. The suspect wanted access to the office and the safe, and the employee explained she did not have access to either. Instead, they took about $98 from a register, as well as a cell phone and $15 from the employee's purse. The suspects fled before police arrived.
