ANDOVER

JUNE 1

Theft. A boy was arrested for taking his parents' vehicle, without their permission, from the 2400 block of Bunker Lake Boulevard NW.

JUNE 2

Burglary. Someone forced his or her way into a business on the 13400 block of Hanson Boulevard NW. and stole a cash register and keys.

JUNE 4

Theft. A motor and fishing equipment were stolen from a boat that was parked on the side of the garage of a home on the 1700 block of 155th Avenue NW.

EAST BETHEL

MAY 31

Drunken driving. Someone called police to the 19900 block of Stutz Street because a man was in his vehicle and was unresponsive. Police found the vehicle was running and the driver was passed out. He appeared intoxicated and the 72-year-old man was arrested.

JUNE 1

Theft. A bicycle was stolen from the front yard of a home on the 4600 block of 209th Avenue NE.

FRIDLEY

MAY 28

Property damage. Someone slashed three tires on a man's vehicle on the 5200 block of Central Avenue NE.

MAY 30

Property damage. Officers responded to a report of four juveniles using the volleyball net as a trampoline at a park on the 500 block of 61st Avenue NE. Officers found the kids were just playing in the park and were told the proper use of the equipment. The net was not damaged.

JUNE 3

Disorderly conduct. Police were called to apartments on the 1100 block of 52nd Avenue NE. about a man arguing with a woman. She had locked him out of an apartment laundry room. When police arrived, the intoxicated man would not calm down. He was cited for disorderly conduct and providing a false name to police.

HAM LAKE

JUNE 5

Theft. Copper wire was stolen from a work site on the 1300 block of Crosstown Drive NE.

NOWTHEN

JUNE 1

Drunken driving. Police were called to 224th Street and Garnet Street about a possible drunken driver. An officer stopped the driver due to poor driving conduct. There were two children, ages 3 and 5, in the car. The 33-year-old male driver was arrested.

RAMSEY

MAY 27

Theft. A dog was stolen from a home on the 6000 block of 167th Avenue NW. It was a beagle.

MAY 28

Property damage. A parks employee reported damage to a crab tree in a park on the 6000 block of 142nd Avenue NW. The limbs had been torn off of the tree.

MAY 29

Theft. Two seat covers and a compact disk carrier were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 15000 block of Chameleon Street NW.

Theft. A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway of a home on the 9500 block of Inverness Lane NW. A DVD player and cell phone were also taken.

ST. ANTHONY

MAY 30

Alcohol violation. Officers responded to a call of a loud party at an apartment building in the 2500 block of Silver Lane. Upon arrival, officers could hear the loud party. As the officers were knocking on the door, they heard someone say they were going out a window. When the door opened, officers immediately went to a bedroom and saw several people trying to crawl out a window. Two people had already fled. Officers advised the remaining nine individuals, ages 18-22, of the complaint and all agreed to leave. The two individuals that had fled threw the window were found at Cub Foods, 3930 Silver Lake Road. Officers detected the odor of alcohol from their breath. Both individuals administered a preliminary breath test. The 20-year-old man had a reading of 0.124 percent alcohol concentration and the 20-year-old woman had a reading of 0.133 percent. Both were issued a citation for underage consumption of alcohol.

JUNE 9

Robbery. Police were called to a Subway restaurant on the 2900 block of Pentagon Drive regarding a robbery. Three men, approximately 18 to 19 years old, entered the restaurant, displayed a handgun and demanded money. They fled in a black sport-utility vehicle before officers arrived.
