ANDOVER

FEB. 13.

Incident. A purse was stolen from Pov's Sports Bar and Nite Club, 1851 Bunker Lake Blvd. Another purse was stolen Feb. 16.

BLAINE

FEB. 14

Underage consumption. Police were dispatched to a home on the 1100 block of Buchanan Circle NE. about a possible party with underage drinkers. Several minors, adults under the age of 21, at the home, admitted to consuming alcohol. Everyone was cooperative and the alcohol was disposed of. The homeowner agreed to accept responsibility and allowed everyone to remain in her care. No charges were issued.

FEB. 15

Assault. A man and a woman were assaulted in the parking lot of Brunswick Zone, 11351 Ulysses St. NE. Two to three white males pounded on the window of a man's vehicle. When he parked the car and got out, the males jumped him. The woman was also hit.

Property damage. Someone threw eggs at a home on the 9500 block of Madison Street NE. Silly string and toilet paper were also put on the house and yard.

Robbery. A man tried to rob a woman of her money while she was at the drive-through automated teller machine at US Bank, 231 County Road 10 NE. A man, 20 to 30 years old, appeared at her door, showed a silver handgun and demanded the money. The woman left the area immediately and the suspect did not get any of the cash. The suspect was wearing a dark blue or black hooded sweatshirt and black jeans.

CIRCLE PINES

FEB. 22

Property damage. The mailboxes of three homes on the 200 block of Northstar Lane were knocked off their wooden posts.

COON RAPIDs

FEB. 13

Drunken driving. Police observed a man in an electric wheelchair driving erratically in the middle of the road near 114th Avenue NW. and Heather Street NW. He was pulled over and smelled of alcohol. The reading on his personal breath test was 0.272 percent. He was arrested and the wheelchair was towed.

FEB. 14

Theft. A woman's purse was stolen from an unlocked locker at the YMCA, 8950 Springbrook Drive NW. The locker had been left unattended.

FEB. 15

Miscellaneous. A juvenile boy on the 500 block of 84th Lane NW. called police because his mother took his car away. He was upset and wanted his mother investigated for tax evasion. The boy was advised that his mom had the ability to take away his car and any other privileges necessary to maintain discipline in the house.

EAST BETHEL

FEB. 13

Property damage. Someone spray-painted a mailbox on the 500 block of 224th Lane NE.

MOUNDS VIEW

FEB. 19

Disturbing the peace. Police were called to the 2000 block of Stratford Avenue because a female was locked out of her residence. She was creating a disturbance by knocking on the door and windows, and screaming and yelling.

RAMSEY

FEB. 15

Weapon. A man was arrested for reckless discharge of a firearm on the 6900 block of 139th Lane NW.

FEB. 18

Indecent exposure. Someone called police to report that a male paper delivery driver had urinated in the road near 144th Court NW. and 144th Av. NW. An officer searched the area but was unable to locate the suspect.

FEB. 20

Drugs. A man on the 6000 block of Hwy. 10 NW. was issued a citation for a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle and possession of paraphernalia.
