MARCH 28

Burglary. Officers responded to a home on 143rd Avenue NW. regarding a possible burglary in progress. Officers located a 23-year-old man sitting on the couch. He appeared to be confused and under the influence of narcotics and alcohol. He was arrested on suspicion of burglary and property damage.

MARCH 31

Drunken driving. A 30-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving, child endangerment and obstructing the legal process after she was stopped for poor driving conduct. Four small children were in the vehicle.

CIRCLE PINES

MARCH 12

Privacy invasion. A Blaine man, 30, was arrested on suspicion of interference of privacy. According to police reports, while working at Paradise Tan and Tone, 47 Central St., he allegedly captured video images with a cellphone of customers in various states of undress. All of the people have been notified.

FRIDLEY

APRIL 2

Suspicious activity. Someone called police to report a suspicious male talking to himself and swearing on the 5800 block of Central Avenue NE. Officers located the person, who explained he was just practicing his rap skills.

APRIL 4

Dispute. Officers responded to a home on the 1600 block of Rice Creek Road NE. regarding a family dispute. According to the police report, the caller's daughter had invited her boyfriend over and he entered through her bedroom window. The caller wanted the boyfriend to leave. The boyfriend was given a ride to a gas station where he called for a taxi.

Theft. A woman reported her purse was stolen from her unlocked vehicle the previous night at VFW, 1040 Osborne Road NE.

APRIL 6

Animal complaint. Someone called police to report a dead turkey in front of their home on the 1100 block of Onondaga Way NE.

APRIL 8

Miscellaneous. A woman called police because she was upset that a friend/neighbor knocked on her door wanting to help her with her taxes.

MOUNDS VIEW

APRIL 4

Theft. Tools and a bottle of prescription medication were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 7100 block of Silver Lake Road.

APRIL 6

Property damage. Two tires on a vehicle were slashed in the 2500 block of County Road 10.

Burglary. Two televisions were stolen from an apartment on the 7500 block of Greenfield Avenue.

MARCH 21

Theft. Televisions were stolen out of numerous campers at RV World, 7405 Hwy. 10. Access was gained by the suspects cutting the fence.

Theft. An iPad and change were stolen during a party at a home on the 15100 block of Quicksilver Street NW.

Spring Lake Park

APRIL 5

Weapon. Officers responded to the 7800 block of Central Avenue NE. regarding a dagger-style knife that was found. It was determined to be a plastic toy replica.

ST. ANTHONY

MARCH 27

Weapon. Officers responded to the Lowry Grove Trailer Park, on the 2500 block of Lowry Avenue, regarding a report of an assault. A 32-year-old man was arrested for possession of a firearm by an ineligible person. A BB-gun was recovered. Assault charges were pending.
