Property damage. A woman reported that someone had slashed the tire on her vehicle in the 100 block of South Drive.

Theft. Someone broke the lock off a trailer and stole power jacking units on the 14200 block of Lake Drive NE.

APRIL 24

Traffic violation. An 18-year-old man was cited for failing to stop for a red arrow, failing to produce proof of insurance, possession of fireworks and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at Lake Drive and Lexington Avenue.

MOUNDS VIEW

APRIL 23

Theft. A 24-year-old Mounds View man was cited for theft and driving after suspension after he pumped gas and drove off without paying for it at Holiday, 2732 Cty. Rd. 10.

APRIL 20

Disorderly conduct. A 22-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct after a disturbance on the 1000 block of Montclair ­Avenue.

APRIL 22

Burglary. Someone broke into a garage and stole tools on the 2000 block of Hillview Road.

APRIL 23

Property damage. Someone threw eggs at a house and vehicle on the 8000 block of Greenwood Drive. The vehicle was damaged.

Theft. A woman's 14-year-old grandson took her vehicle without her permission on Ardmore Avenue.

Theft. A woman, 70, was cited for theft after she was observed allegedly opening candy, eating it and putting the empty wrapper in a box at Coborn's, 7900 Sunwood Dr. NW.

APRIL 21

Property damage. Someone egged a vehicle and spray painted the windows black on the 15400 block of Argon Street NW.

APRIL 22

Property damage. A resident from the 6900 block of 168th Avenue NW. reported that someone cut down numerous branches on several trees in his back yard.

ST. ANTHONY

MAY 5

Burglary. A purse was stolen from a vehicle parked in a locked garage on the 2500 block of 30th Avenue NE.

Drugs. A 29-year-old was taken to the hospital after an overdose of heroin. He was cited for possessing a hypodermic needle.

Theft. Two air conditioning units were stolen from BP, 3813 Stinson Blvd.

Alcohol violation. A 17-year-old boy was arrested and cited for underage consumption at St. Anthony High School, 3303 33rd Av. NE.

MAY 6

Drugs. A 28-year-old woman was arrested and cited for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and an equipment violation after she was stopped on Stinson Boulevard and 31st Avenue NE.

MAY 8

Drugs. A 17-year-old boy was arrested and cited for possession of marijuana after five baggies of marijuana were found in his locker at St. Anthony High School, 3303 33rd Av. NE.
