Theft. A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 1500 block of 140th Lane NW.

Theft. Gas was stolen from a tank on the 10100 block of Lever Street NE. Someone had drilled a hole in the tank.

FEB. 10

Disorderly conduct. A female entered Best Buy, 398 Northtown Dr. NE., dropped her pants and urinated on the floor. Officers were unable to find her.

CHAMPLIN

FEB. 1

Drugs. Two 16-year-old boys were cited for possession of marijuana on the 8400 block of 116th Avenue.

EAST BETHEL

FEB. 10

Theft. A 2001 Audi was stolen from the 18300 block of Highway 65 NE.

FRIDLEY

FEB. 9

Theft. A cab driver called police to report that customers would not pay their fare on the 5100 block of Horizon Drive NE. Officers determined that the fare was paid; however, the taxi driver was requesting more due to vomit in the taxi. He was advised it was a civil issue.

Vandalism. Paint balls were shot at a home on the 6200 block of Sunrise Drive NE.

FEB. 15

Theft. A woman reported that her vehicle was stolen from 7th Street NE. Officers discovered that it had been repossessed.

FEB. 17

Lost. A woman reported that her husband accidentally put an envelope of cash in a mailbox on East River Road NE. She was advised to call the post office.

FEB. 18

Assist public. Officers mediated an argument over ownership of refrigerator magnets, towels and taco seasoning between a tenant and ex-roommate at an apartment on the 6500 block of East River Road NE.

MOUNDS VIEW

FEB. 3

Littering. A 36-year-old Fridley man was cited for illegal dumping on the 7700 block of Silver Lake Road NW.

FEB. 6

Drugs. An 18-year-old North Oaks man was cited for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle after he was stopped for having a suspended driver's license on County Road H2 and Quincy Street.

Theft. A GPS unit was stolen from a vehicle on the 8300 block of Red Oak Drive.

FEB. 7

Assault. A Spring Lake Park man, 29, was arrested for assault after a disturbance on the 2200 block of Cty. Rd. 10.

FEB. 12

Theft. A 36-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of stealing cleaning products from Dollar General, 2573 Cty. Rd. 10.

OAK GROVE

FEB. 13

Theft. A hearing aid and iPod were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 21400 block of Potawatomi Street NW.

ST. ANTHONY

FEB. 25

Robbery. An unknown male head-butted a woman and grabbed her purse as she was exiting her vehicle at BP, 3813 Stinson Blvd.

MARCH 2

Theft. Two males left International House of Pancakes, 3701 Stinson Blvd, without paying their bill. Officers contacted the owner of the suspect's vehicle and identified the suspect as a 19-year-old man. His mother paid the bill and the business requested no further police action.

Theft. Alcohol and a key were stolen from a vehicle parked in an underground garage at an apartment on the 2600 block of Kenzie Terrace.
