Theft. A lock was cut and propane tanks were stolen from Festival Foods, 2218 Bunker Lake Blvd. NW.

Fraud. Counterfeit money was used to purchase items at Wal-Mart, 1851 Bunker Lake Blvd. NW.

Burglary. A cash box was stolen after someone pried the side door open at a business on the 13700 block of Ibis Street NW.

CIRCLE PINES

JAN. 15

Traffic violations. A 34-year-old man was arrested for allegedly fleeing an officer and on an outstanding warrant after an officer observed several traffic violations while the man was driving a snowmobile and attempted to stop him on Lake Drive and Lexington Avenue.

COLUMBUS

JAN. 12

Theft. A trailer with two snowmobiles was stolen from the parking lot of Holiday, 9444 Lake Dr. NE.

JAN. 13

Fraud. A counterfeit $100 bill was used to purchase gas at Holiday, 9444 Lake Dr. NE.

EAST BETHEL

JAN. 13

Burglary. A furnace, stove and microwave were stolen from a home on the 3500 block of 190th Lane NE. There were no signs of forced entry.

FRIDLEY

JAN. 4

Animal complaint. A fearful woman called police to report that a bird was in her house on East Bavarian Pass. The bird entered the home through the chimney. An officer was able to catch the bird and release it in the wild.

JAN. 5

Assist public. Officers went to Central Avenue NE on a report of a woman down in a snowbank. The 50-year-old apparently was intoxicated. She was dropped off at home in the care of another adult.

JAN. 6

Theft. A 2000 Chevrolet Silverado was stolen from a driveway on the 1300 block of 75th Avenue NE. The keys were in the ignition and the vehicle was running.

HAM LAKE

JAN. 11

Assault. A male was cited for assault after officers responded to a report of two males fighting on the 2100 block of 175th Avenue NE.

JAN. 14

Theft. A plow truck was stolen from a lot on the 16300 block of Highway 65 NE.

LEXINGTON

JAN. 10

Obstruction. A 43-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman were arrested after they allegedly obstructed an investigation into suspicious activity on the 3800 block of Restwood Road.

MOUNDS VIEW

JAN. 13

Disorderly conduct. A 13-year-old boy was arrested for alleged disorderly conduct at Edgewood Middle School, 5100 Edgewood Dr.

Obstruction. A 34-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for alleged obstruction with force, drunken driving, careless driving, no driver's license, possession of marijuana and no proof of insurance on the 2500 block of County Road 10.

Obstruction. A 14-year-old boy was arrested for allegedly obstructing a police officer with force and possession of marijuana at Edgewood Middle School, 5100 Edgewood Dr.

Fire. Ramsey Fire Department extinguished a barn fire on the 7100 block of 207th Avenue NW.
