Theft. Someone stole 14 dumbbells from the exercise room at Colonial Estate Apartments, 11360 Robinson Drive NW.

Theft. Two rings were reported stolen from a home on 132nd Lane NW. Police reports said the homeowner’s son had a party at the home while she was out of town, and now the rings are missing.

FRIDLEY

JULY 12

Theft. Newly planted flowers were stolen from alongside a garage on the 5600 block of W. Bavarian Pass NE.

JULY 14

Dispute. An officer mediated a dispute between two females over a parking space at Wal-Mart, 8450 University Av. NE.

JULY 15

Property damage. A 48-year-old man was cited for property damage and discharging a weapon without a permit after he shot his neighbor’s shirt with a pellet rifle while it was hanging out on a clothes line.

JULY 13

Indecent exposure. A 22-year-old man was cited for indecent exposure after he was observed urinating in the parking lot at Bamboo Betty’s, 3800 Restwood Road.

JULY 17

Harassment. Officers warned both parties to stay away from one another after responding to a neighbor harassment report on Patriot Lane.

JULY 22

Property damage. Two tires on a vehicle were slashed on the 9500 block of Hamline Avenue.
