Theft. A cellphone was stolen from a garage sale at a home on the 2500 block of South Tour Place Circle NE. The phone was tracked to a nearby street. A man had the phone and said he thought it was free.

JUNE 10

Theft. Three boxes of doughnuts were stolen from Oasis Market, 9850 Polk St. NE.

JUNE 13

Dispute. Neighbors had a dispute regarding children walking through the yard of a home on the 10200 block of Buchanan Street NE.

JUNE 10

Drugs. A 32-year-old woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and driving after cancellation after her vehicle was stopped for equipment violations on the 7200 block of Main Street.

COON RAPIDS

JUNE 5

Theft. A 31-year-old woman was cited for theft after she was caught on video stealing a donation jar at the Super America at 3155 Coon Rapids Blvd. NW.

JUNE 10

Theft. A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 2900 block of 121st Lane NW.

JUNE 11

Burglary. A television and shoes were stolen from an apartment on the 9200 block of University Avenue NW. The patio door was left unlocked.

Theft. A 2003 Pontiac Bonne­ville was stolen from the driveway of a home on the 10400 block of Xeon Street NW.

Noise complaint. A female resi­dent was cited for noise involving loud music at an apartment on the 10600 block of Dogwood Street NW.

JUNE 13

Assist the public. An officer assisted a homeowner who was locked out of her house on the 5900 block of Woody Lane NE.

JUNE 15

Driving violations. A 21-year-old woman was cited for driving after suspension of her license, for having expired registration and having no proof of insurance. She was told to have a valid driver operate the vehicle. Later she was observed driving the vehicle, and this time was arrested and the vehicle was impounded. Her adult passenger left on foot.

JUNE 16

Suspicious activity. A suspicious letter with a needle sticking out of it was received at a home on the 6200 block of 6th Street NE. Officers discovered it was a Father's Day card with a button on it and the needle had come loose.

JUNE 18

Assist motorist. The hood flew off a vehicle on the 7900 block of University Avenue NE. The male driver had moved the hood off the road and told officers he had help on the way.

MOUNDS VIEW

JUNE 17

Assault. A 57-year-old Mounds View man was arrested for assault on Cheshire Circle.

Burglary. Ten bottles of vodka were stolen from ABC Liquor, 2840 County Road 10. Two males broke two front-glass doors with a rock to gain entry, police said.

JUNE 20

Driving violation. A 15-year-old boy was cited for driving without a driver's license following a traffic stop at County Road I and Quincy Street. The passenger, another 15-year-old boy, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

JUNE 26

Drugs. A 34-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana and a 35-year-old woman was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia on the 2700 block of County Road I.

JUNE 21

Public intoxication. An intoxicated 54-year-old man was taken to a detox facility after he was found sleeping in the grass near 39th Avenue NE and Apache Lane E. His blood-alcohol concentration was 0.229 percent.
