Theft. A newspaper was stolen from a home on the 1700 block of Center Street.

Property damage. Two boys, ages 16 and 17, were cited for property damage after they admitted to throwing eggs at a car from their balcony on the 300 block of Heritage Trail. Their parents were notified.
EAST BETHEL
MAY 26
Theft. Unsecured scrap metal was stolen from a business on the 18800 block of Ulysses Street NE.
FRIDLEY
MAY 23
Domestic. Officers mediated a verbal domestic between a man and his 15-year-old daughter at a home on 6th Street NE. According to the father, his daughter was being disrespectful and swearing at him. She agreed to go to bed for the night.
MAY 25
Animal complaint. Officers freed a fawn that was trapped in a resident's flower bed at a home on the 200 block of Rice Creek Terrace NE.
MAY 26
Domestic. A 19-year-old man called police, upset that his 25-year-old brother took his vehicle without his permission. The brother returned the vehicle a few minutes later and was gone when officers arrived. Officers advised the 19-year-old to remove the keys from the vehicle if he didn't want his brother to drive it.
MAY 27
Check welfare. A 37-year-old man was found lying in the grass on the side of the road, apparently intoxicated, at Polk Street NE. and Lynde Drive NE. His mother came and took custody of him.
MAY 29
Theft. Someone stole $1,150 and sunglasses from an unlocked vehicle in a driveway of a home on the 1000 block of Lynde Drive NE. The cash had been left in the console.
LEXINGTON
MAY 21
Theft. Two rappelling ropes were stolen from a cell tower on the 9100 block of Hamline Avenue.
MINNEAPOLIS
MAY 22
Arson. A grass fire was intentionally set at Cedar Lake on Basswood Road and Cedar Lake Park. A chemical accelerant can was found next to the fire.

MAY 19
Disorderly conduct. A 25-year-old man was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a disorderly conduct incident at an apartment on the 2500 block of County Road I.
ST. ANTHONY
MAY 28
Domestic. An intoxicated woman and her 20-year-old daughter were both cited for domestic assault after getting into a fight at an apartment on 38th Avenue.
MAY 31
Underage consumption. Two women and five men, all under 21, were cited for underage consumption of alcohol at a house party on the 3300 block of Wendhurst Avenue NE.
Disorderly conduct. A 50-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct after an officer observed him urinating outside of Hannay's Marine, 2550 Hwy. 88.
JUNE 1
Underage consumption. A 19-year-old man was cited for underage consumption of alcohol after he was observed cleaning up vomit in the parking lot of Cub Foods, 3930 Silver Lake Road.
