Officials identify victim in Monday accident

A man who died from injuries sustained in a rollover accident Monday on a Twin Cities freeway has been identified as Joe Arrington of Brooklyn Park, the Hennepin County Medical Examiner said.
Arrington, 53, was eastbound on Interstate Hwy. 94 in Brooklyn Center around 3:15 p.m. As he was navigating a curve where the freeway turns to the south and heads toward Minneapolis, Arrington lost control of his 1991 Mitsubushi Montero. The vehicle rolled over ejecting Arrington, the State Patrol said.
Arrington was transported to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale, where he died around 10:45 p.m. Monday, the Medical Examiner said.
The accident is still under investigation.
