The name of a 32-year-old Brooklyn Park woman killed last week in a multiple-vehicle crash in Maple Grove has been released by the Hennepin County medical examiner's office. She was Tyan Necole Taylor of Brooklyn Park.

Family members said Sunday that she was the mother of five children.

Taylor died in a crash at the intersection of County Roads 101N and 10 just after 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. The accident remains under investigation.

The medical examiner's office also released the name of a 20-year-old Delano man killed Tuesday in a head-on crash just west of County Road 90 in Maple Plain, in western Hennepin County. He was Aaron Jaunich, driver of a van involved in a fiery collision with a loaded cement truck just after 3:30 p.m. According to preliminary reports, his van crossed over the center line and hit the truck. The truck driver was treated for noncritical injuries.

Jaunich was a 2010 graduate of Delano High School who worked at CVS in Delano, said family members. In an obituary notice, they called him "our light, our joy, our ringleader."

Authorities in Anoka County say they expect on Monday to release the name of a 71-year-old Blaine woman found dead late Friday after a Brooklyn Park man notified police that he had hit something, "possibly a person," while driving to work in Coon Rapids.

The driver, a 32-year-old man, told police that the accident occurred as he was heading south on University Avenue near its intersection of 106th Avenue NE., according to the Anoka County Sheriff's Department.
