Assault. A 48-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault after he pushed his sister onto the floor in the 100 block of Inner Drive.

Theft. Someone stole 23 iPods from Best Buy, 12633 Riverdale Blvd. NW.

SEPT. 22

Theft. A female employee at AmericInn, 3430 Northdale Blvd. NW., reported someone stole $400 from her purse.

SEPT. 23

Assault. A 14-year-old girl was arrested for domestic assault after hitting her mother on the 11800 block of Magnolia Street NW. Police reports said she admitted to being under the influence of marijuana.

EAST BETHEL

SEPT. 22

Theft. A 1999 Ford pickup was stolen from a driveway on the 1500 block of 205th Avenue NE. The keys were left in the ignition. The vehicle was recovered the next day in Blaine. A suspect was taken into custody.

SEPT. 23

Theft. A political sign was stolen from the yard of a home on the 22600 block of East Bethel Boulevard NE. The opponent's sign was put in its place.

Drunken driving. A 20-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving after she was found passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle at a stoplight at Viking Boulevard NE. and Hwy. 65. The car was in drive and her foot was on the brake, police said.

Theft. Two paintball guns were stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 16400 block of Hwy. 65 NE.

SEPT. 24

Theft. Copper cable was stolen from a job site on the 14000 block of Lexington Avenue NE.

SEPT. 25

Burglary. Jewelry was stolen from a home on the 16600 block of Mankato Street NE. Entry was gained by forcing the sliding glass door open.

Theft. A lockbox was stolen from a home during a party on the 800 block of McKay Street NE. It contained cash, collector coins, birth certificates and Social Security cards.

MOUNDS VIEW

SEPT. 18

Animal complaint. A 74-year-old Mounds View woman was cited for multiple violations and had her two dogs impounded after they attacked people on a path along County Hwy. 10.

SEPT. 22

Theft. A bow and arrows were stolen from a vehicle on the 7400 block of Knollwood Drive.

Drugs. An 18-year-old man and four juveniles were arrested and cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in a motor vehicle on the 2300 block of Knoll Drive. The vehicle was impounded and all the parties released to a parent.

Drunken driving. A 28-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving after she was stopped for reckless driving on the 9000 block of Hwy. 10 NW.

SEPT. 16

Theft. A long board was stolen from the 14600 block of Sunfish Lake Boulevard NW. after the owner left it leaning against a car in the parking lot while he went down to the lake to talk with friends.

OCT. 1

Burglary. Several iPads and laptops were stolen from Metro Educational Cooperative Service Unit, 3055 Old Hwy. 8. There were no signs of forced entry.
