Theft. Tools were stolen from a trailer at a job site on the 1800 block of Zodiac Street NE. The suspects used a hidden key to gain access to the trailer.

SEPT. 13

Theft. A trolling motor was stolen from a boat in a driveway on the 10700 block of Grouse Street NW.

FRIDLEY

SEPT. 14

Suspicious activity. Officers responded to an apartment complex on the 6300 block of Hwy. 65 NE. regarding a person or animal in a garbage container. It was a raccoon having dinner.

SEPT. 15

Medical. Paramedics and the fire department assisted in getting a 5-year-old boy's leg free after it became stuck in a bicycle on the street near 59th Avenue NE. and 2 1/2th Street NE.

SEPT. 18

Suspicious person. A suspicious man was reported on Camelot Lane NE. and Squire Drive NE. Officers located the man and he turned out to be a licensed tree trimmer.

Burglary. Two televisions were stolen from an unlocked apartment on the 1200 block of 72nd Avenue NE.

SEPT. 19

Fire. A man had been drinking alcohol and forgot he had food in the oven, and that caused an apartment to fill with smoke on the 7800 block of East River Road. The fire department aired out the apartment.

SEPT. 15

Theft. A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 3800 block of Flowerfield Road.

Theft. A deer stand was stolen from the 16600 block of Armstrong Boulevard NW.

SEPT. 14

Theft. A GPS unit was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the 15200 block of Uranimite Street NW.

ST. ANTHONY

SEPT. 24

Drunken driving. A 59-year-old New Brighton man was arrested for drunken driving on 37th Avenue and Highcrest.

SEPT. 25

Theft. A 33-year-old woman and her 16-year-old daughter were cited for shoplifting from Wal-Mart, 3800 Silver Lake Road.
