BLAINE

JULY 6

Assault. A 69-year-old woman was arrested for assault on the 3300 block of 89th Curve N. after she sprayed her 60-year-old neighbor with a hose, pushed her to the ground and shoved the hose in her mouth.

JULY 7

Drunken driving. A 37-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving on the 2100 block of 119th Avenue NE. after a complaint was received. She had a 5-year-old boy in the vehicle with her. The boy's father was contacted and he came to the scene to pick up the child.

JULY 8

Burglary. Someone broke into Rice Bowl at 10340 Baltimore St. NE. and stole $300 from the cash register.

JULY 10

Property damage. Someone put petroleum jelly and glitter over an entire vehicle on the 10000 block of Able Street NE.

CENTERVILLE

JULY 2

Theft. A Ford F150 was stolen from a driveway on the 2000 block of Willow Circle.

JULY 15

Property damage. Someone tore two sunflower seed plants from the ground at a home on the 7100 block of Progress Road.

CHAMPLIN

JULY 6

Theft. A child's pool was stolen from a home on the 11400 block of Oregon Avenue.

CIRCLE PINES

JULY 4

Illegal fireworks. A 58-year-old man was cited for shooting off illegal fireworks on the 100 block of Pine Drive. The fireworks hit a neighbor's vehicle.

LEXINGTON

JULY 4

Fleeing police. A 22-year-old man was cited for fleeing an officer, a bike violation and failure to stop at a stop sign at Restwood Road and Lake Drive. Another male fled on his bicycle. He was not found.

Assault. A 29-year-old man was cited for 5th-degree assault and disorderly conduct on the 3800 block of Restwood Road after head-butting another man.

JULY 8

Disorderly conduct. A 32-year-old woman was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication after she struck an officer and was observed drinking in the street on the 3800 block of Restwood Road.

JULY 10

Obstruction. A 49-year-old employee of Cowboy's Saloon, 3801 Restwood Road, was arrested for obstructing the legal process after he initially refused to let officers into the business so they could ensure compliance of a city ordinance.

JULY 14

Drunken driving. A 25-year-old woman was arrested for drunken driving, property damage, assaulting an officer and disorderly conduct on the 8700 block of Dunlap Avenue.

MINNEAPOLIS

JULY 12

Robbery. A 20-year-old woman was arrested for robbery after she allegedly stole nail polish from Crystal Nails, 1100 W. Broadway Av. She had her nails done there and wasn't satisfied with them, so she refused to pay. She then threw acetone in a man's face and held a box cutter to his face.

JULY 16

Arson. An accelerant was used to set a vehicle on fire in the 1500 block of Washburn Avenue N.

RAMSEY

JULY 10

Theft. A wooden archway valued at $1,200 was stolen from a home on the 16100 block of Ramsey Boulevard NW.

JULY 18

Underage consumption. An 18-year-old Ramsey man was cited for underage consumption on the 15200 block of Tonto Street NW. after officers were checking on a suspicious vehicle and found vomit outside the vehicle. Due to his intoxication level of .254 percent, he was taken to the hospital.
