Divers have recovered the body believed to be that of a 38-year-old Fridley man who was reported missing last Saturday, authorities said.

The Anoka County Sheriff's dive team pulled the body of a man from Moore Lake in Fridley at around 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Divers searched the lake for about six hours before they found the frozen body. They searched the lake after a Fridley Public Works employee on Wednesday found a hat, gloves and a driver's license on the ice of Moore Lake near an opening around an aerator.

There are no signs of foul play, authorities said.

The name of the victim has not been released.
