Woman runs stop sign, dies in collision near Cambridge

Authorities have identified the driver of a car who was killed last weekend after she ran a stop sign and was struck by another vehicle near Cambridge.

Cynthia Sain, 62, of Hopkins, died Saturday afternoon at the intersection of County Road 5 and Hwy. 47 southwest of Cambridge, the State Patrol said Tuesday.

A boy and a girl in Sain's vehicle survived, as did the driver of the other vehicle, Mark Leyhe, 64, of Cedar, Minn.
