YOUR GUIDE TO THE TWIN CITIES
Assault happened because of an ongoing feud.
A 32-old-man was in critical condition Friday after a stabbing outside an Andover sports bar Thursday night.
The man and a friend were walking into Pov's Sports Bar around midnight when they were confronted by two men leaving the bar, said Lt. Paul Sommer of the Anoka County Sheriff's Office. All of the men knew each because of a long-standing feud, he said.
During an argument, one of the two men leaving the bar stabbed the other two men, Sommer said. Both were taken to Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids. One was released after treatment; the other was stabbed in the chest and suffered a punctured lung, Sommer said.
The other two men were arrested near the bar.
