Minneapolis police said Sunday they have found missing 20-year-old man they called vulnerable who was reported missing.
Until he was found safe, Dayquan Anthony Thomas was last seen in the 1300 block of SE. 6th Street. Thomas has a reduced mental capacity, according to police, and has to take medicines.
