A 55-year-old man who once served as the food services director for Minneapolis nonprofit Open Arms of Minnesota pleaded guilty Friday to embezzling about $155,000 from the meals delivery service, according to the Hennepin County attorney's office.

Nicholas Collins of Minneapolis pleaded guilty to four counts of theft by swindle. Open Arms prepares and delivers meals to the homes of the sick and the elderly through Meals on Wheels and similar programs.

According to the criminal complaint, the embezzlement occurred in 2011 and 2012

Sentencing is scheduled for June 4.
