More prison time for Lino Lakes felon

A Lino Lakes man whose 2007 crime spree earned him felony charges in two states and a federal prison sentence has been sentenced again.

Daine Joseph Adam Linderman, 25, will serve an additional 16 1/2 years in prison on felony charges of reckless endangerment and attempting to flee/elude police officers.

Linderman was sentenced Wednesday in St. Croix County Circuit Court in Hudson. Judge Eric Lundell specified that Linderman will serve his most recent sentence after he completes a 23-year federal prison term on related charges.

Linderman fled Hudson police across the Interstate 94 bridge into Minnesota, where he entered the Lakeland home of Keith and Jody Radtke and demanded they lead him to their car. Keith Radtke restrained Linderman until police and sheriff's deputies arrived but was shot in the lower back with Linderman's handgun during the fight.

Linderman also has been convicted in Washington County District Court of felony charges related to the Lakeland home intrusion.
