BLAINE

NOV. 3

Fraud. An intoxicated woman was unable to pay her bill at Old Chicago, 198 Northtown Dr. NE. She did not pass a portable breath test and was transported to detox.

NOV. 9

Disorderly conduct. A man was issued a citation for urinating in the Mills Fleet Farm parking lot, 10250 Lexington Av. NE.

MAPLEWOOD

NOV. 15

Burglary. Miscellaneous items were stolen from 19 storage units at Able Mini Storage, 1810 Gervais Court. The unknown suspect disabled the driveway alert to gain access.

NOV. 18

Burglary. Someone entered a home, on the 100 block of Crestview Drive, and stole a 32-inch flat screen television, two pairs of earrings, three bracelets and a money jar. Entry was through the patio door and the complainant was unsure if the door was unlocked.

OAKDALE

OCT. 28

Lost child. A woman reported her 7-year-old daughter had not been seen since getting off the school bus on the 6400 block of 55th Street N. Officers arrived and the woman had located her child at a friend's house.

OCT. 31

Assist public. A woman on the 4800 block of Hillvale Avenue, called 911 to get the telephone number to poison control. The woman reported that she accidentally used ammonia instead of vinegar when making sloppy joes. The food was consumed, but there were no medical issues with anyone who ate it. Poison control advised that no ambulance was needed.

NOV. 12

Property damage. Someone put sugar in the gas tank of a vehicle on the 3700 block of Grovner Road.

NOV. 16

Property damage. Animal feces, ketchup, mustard and a liquid substance were left on the doorstep of a home on the 5100 block of Helena Road. A note was also left.

ST. ANTHONY

NOV. 10

Burglary. A bike was stolen overnight from an open garage on the 2500 block of 29th Avenue NE.

ST. PAUL

NOV. 14

Assault. A 30-year-old woman described by police as extremely intoxicated drove to the Ramsey County jail about 4 a.m. to pick up her drunk husband. The woman objected to police intervention with hands, fists and feet. She was arrested for fourth-degree assault on a police officer.

Fire. Someone set a van on fire and the fire spread to two other vehicles before firefighters were called to the 1300 block of University Avenue W. Damage to the three vehicles was estimated at $8,000.

NOV. 17

Disorderly conduct. Shortly before midnight, police came upon two men who were in the midst of plans to parachute from the Smith Avenue High Bridge. The men were stopped before they could jump, and were cited for creating a public nuisance.

Fire. A small apartment fire, on the 1000 block of Edgerton Street, was started when a tenant on medical oxygen was burning incense. Damage was confined to the plastic oxygen tubing. No one was injured.
