St. Paul man charged with sexual abuse of two girls

A 29-year-old man has been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, using a minor in a sexual performance and possession of child pornography in connection with the alleged abuse of two young sisters in St. Paul.

Ryan Adler Robinson was charged Friday in Ramsey County District Court. He had been charged in January with nine counts of possession of child pornography, which led to the charges filed last week.

According to the complaint, investigators found several homemade videos on Robinson's cellphone that showed him engaging in sexual contact with the girls, ages 4 and 2, who were the daughters of acquaintances.

Investigators also found that Robinson had traded messages and pictures with others about his contact with the girls, the complaint says.

An interview last month at Children's Hospital with one of the girls appeared to confirm sexual contact with Robinson.
