A stretch of northbound Interstate 35E in St. Paul that was closed Monday night because of a couple of crashes is open again.
Emergency crews were called about 9:30 p.m. to clear two separate crashes between Interstate 94 to Maryland Av. E. One crash appeared to involve multiple vehicles, officials said. It's unknown whether there are injuries.
