HASTINGS
Jan. 17: Residents of the Hastings area are invited to an open house on corridor alternatives for roads in and around northeastern Dakota County, an area that expects to see a significant rise in population in the next two decades. County officials will be on hand to answer questions and take comments. The open house will be from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at Hastings City Hall, 101 E. 4th St., in the Community Room.
