Jeremy Oluma has proved, for a second time, that he's psychologically fit to drive. In February, the Star Tribune reported how Oluma was among 60 drivers each year who have to prove they're mentally fit. The requirement for Oluma came after a highway confrontation in which the other driver got out of his vehicle and slapped Oluma through his open window.

The state pointed to a number of unconfirmed reports of road rage to explain why it demanded the exam. After a traffic-related conviction in 2006, Oluma got a doctor to attest to his stability. Oluma said he paid $850 for his most recent exam. Oluma still feels mistreated: "Am I perfect? No. Do I have the right to mouth off to somebody who mouths off to me? Yes."
