7:20 a.m. update: Plugging up on Hwy. 169

Traffic is at a near standstill on southbound Hwy. 169 from Hwy. 55 down to I-394. Things also are cramming up at Bass Lake Road due to a crash ahead at Medicine Lake Road. Southbound 494 is not moving much faster.
