Commuters are getting stuck in traffic on westbound 694 from Hwy. 61 over to the western junction with 35E. The reason is a lane drop on southbound 35E between Little Canada Road and Maryland Avenue. The freeway is now only two lanes instead of three due to construction.
Plan on 20 minutes from Hwy. 61 to downtown St. Paul by following westbound 694 to southbound 35E.
