Don't plan on getting anywhere fast, and use caution as roads are slick. We've also seen a number of crashes with lanes blocked.

Two lanes are blocked on westbound 94 at Hwy. 61 in St. Paul. That has traffic stacked up back to White Bear Avenue. Ahead, mishaps at Dale Street and Marion Street have cleared, but it's still 25 minutes to reach Hwy. 280.

No word if the trooper struck on eastbound 494 at Hardman Avenue was hurt. The left lane remains blocked for crash clean up.

Other trouble spots include southbound 35E at County Road H2. A crash has the right shoulder blocked.

Look for a ramp closure on southbound 35E to eastbound Hwy. 36. MnDOT is blocking the ramp while a crash is cleared.

Another hot spot is eastbound Crosstown at Penn Avenue.

For transit riders, Metro Transit says 79 percent of buses are on time. The average delay is 4 minutes. Blue and Green lines are on time.
