The double whammy - a pedestrian struck and a crash - between Franklin Avenue and the I-94 35MPH curve has traffic jammed back to 42nd Street. The right lane on the downtown exits are blocked and traffic is getting by using the left lane only.
Elsewhere traffic is moving along just fine, but do look for increasing volumes on eastbound 94 between 101st Avenue and Weaver Lake Road.
You'll notice more commuters on westbound 94 between Hwy. 61 and 35E, so speeds will dip below the posted there.
