Relief will be slow in coming, but all lanes on northbound I-35W at 7th Street are back open. A truck lost is load about 6:30 a.m. and the right two lanes were blocked.
Traffic is jammed back to Diamond Lake Road, so still plan on more than 30 to 35 minutes from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis.
