This is the day that commuters who use I-35E in Maplewood and St. Paul have been waiting for. Three southbound lanes are back in business, a day later than planned.
A number of ramp closures also have been lifted between Little Canada Road, and Maryland Avenue. Those incluce:
• Little Canada Road to southbound I-35E
• Southbound I-35E to eastbound Highway 36
• Eastbound and westbound Highway 36 to southbound I-35E
• Roselawn Avenue to southbound I-35E
