The reversible portion of the HOT lane on I-394 is closed this morning. The gates are stuck in the down position at all entrances, including those from north and south Hwy. 100. All traffic will have to use the general lanes until the problem is resolved.
MnDOT tells the Drive that technicians are on the scene and working to fix the problem. The agency said it hopes to have them open by 6:30 a.m.
