Drivers on westbound Crosstown are experiencing slow downs from 28th Avenue to Hwy. 100. That trip is now about 14 minutes. Look for extra traffic from Cedar Avenue to 35W as drivers are using Cedar to avoid the tangled mess on northbound 35W through Bloomington and Burnsville.
Eastbound Crosstown is moving below the posted speeds from Gleason Road to 35W. That is 9 minutes.
Northbound 35W continues to struggle from County 42 up to 494. Earlier crashes tangled traffic and things are slow to shake loose. Plan on 30 minutes to downtown Minneapolis.
A crash on southbound 35E at County 96 is costing drivers 25 minutes from County J where the backup begins to downtown St. Paul.
