The activity associated with the dump truck/car collision on northbound Hwy. 169 at 63rd Avenue has been moved to the right shoulder and all lanes are back open.

Traffic still jams in the area in both directions as the curious slow to take a look.

Elsewhere, look for some stagnation on southbound 35W from Johnson Street to downtown Minneapolis as speeds have dropped to 30 to 35 miles per hour.

No relief in Lakeville as travel times from Elko to Burnsville is holding at 30 minutes.

The squeeze is on for southbound 494 drivers from the Fish Lake Interchange to 394. That is now at 20 minutes.

Only minor delays for southbound 35E drivers from Little Canada Road to downtown St. Paul. Look for things to slow around Larpenteur Avenue.
